New update for Windows products - v. 4.1.1.800

Changes:
1. Added an option to notificate a user about him being monitored.
2. Added an option to save a log in a text format.

Fixed bugs:
1. Sending logs when user control is disabled.
2. Incorrect deleting of screenshots.
3. Minor bugs.
