Refog is no longer responding to my hot keys?

If Refog does not respond when the hot key combination is pressed please re-install the program. It will be launched automatically for you after installation is completed. You won’t lose any records stored by the program.

Mine won't respond every day when I get home and have to reinstall.  WTH????

mine only works for about 5 min. and then it disappears from my computer ive paid for it but its getting frustrating
